The German round of SailGP saw the F50 speed record broken again. Why is the small town of Sassnitz the fastest venue on the calendar? Well, you need strong winds and flat water for a start - which seems to be the norm when SailGP rolls into the German town - but adding those few extra knots to the record could well be the reduction in the salt content of the Baltic Sea.
